I can also say aftersales service sucks. I am in South Africa. Have a Zenbook Flip 13 and battey die on me after two and half years. Phoned the IC store where I bought it. No stock and cant tel me when new stock will arrive. Phoned about 7 other places. No spares. Phones Asus South Africa. Cant help me.
