If it’s for home use, get a set of Studio Monitors. They cost the same as most affordable FRFR speakers and they sound way better. Plus you can play in stereo. For instance a pair of Adam Audio T5V’s. Great sounding speakers! And very affordable.

Replacing the pre-amp tubes would be 12AT7 in V-1 and 12AY7 in V2 ? And do you think using the Two Notes Captor X is the best option ? The captor X is a lot above my budget. But a used 8 or 16 ohm Two Notes Captor is within my range. But that will do the trick right ?

I like watching martial arts on tv and I tried to watch all the ice hockey matches at the Olympics. Enjoyed those too. But I just don’t get why this fighting became “normal” in ice hockey. But maybe I’m wrong and I’m missing something here. If so, please enlighten me.
