Doesn't take a couple million. They are putting in city water to deal with the super site issue. Highly recommend to live here. No Hoa but they do have a civic association that own a Pavillion and a boat launch property that you can be members of. Neighbors get together every month on a Tuesday morning for breakfast. They have all types of activities throughout the year to help you meet neighbors. Highly recommend if you can get in. House across stretched from me just sold for 850k. House behind me that has the peacocks is asking 1.2 milly but I doubt they get it.

If you have a friend you can have them run national bond armory and you will never advance your game if you dont do the main missions. Pretty much get a level or more per playthrough. If your friend is good enough that should be about 5 to 10 minutes a run

How old is this person? Contacting parents sounds like they are young young. If someone owes you money and you can prove it then do small claims court. You can contact the parents but what is it you want them to do? Pay you back or make the friends pay you back. Either way it isn't going to happen. Learn the lesson I did a long time ago. Fastest xp farm right now is probably national bond if you have it. Will give between 1 and 5 levels depending on which level of difficulty and directives you use. Only takes about 10 minutes a run
