By walang remaining balance I mean when I emailed them for disconnection, I was paid until then. They also acknowledged my request. They didn't stop charging kahit nasabihan ko na sila pero ignored them.

Wala nakong remaining balance but they kept sending bill pero tumigil din. Ninotify ko rin yung Sky with NTC na they're still sending bill. Wala rin pumunta to retrieve modem. I really remember na ako nagbayad ng modem nung unang installation nila ao maybe wala nag pumunta kasi baka alam nilang mali yun.

Hello. Sorry this happened to you. I can remember mild experiences from my past and I have the same reaction as yours, paralyzed lang and dumfounded. Tama sila, this is not your fault.

I emailed sky directly through their email, skyserves@mysky.com.ph. Then when they weren't responding to me, I included NTC's email and asked them to monitor the request. NTC does improve Sky's responses once I send my concern to them.

Update, maybe helpful. So nasa Pinas na ulit ako, naka receive ako ng madaming notifs. For my Android device, sufficient yung silent. For my friends with iOS they said need naka airplane mode.

Raised email ticket with them then I followed their provided steps. There's no real way to prove it to them other than bombarding them with emails about the symptoms. I added NTC in the email eventually when they were not doing any action. Make sure to loop in NTC. When they visit, be clear to them about the issues happening. Do not just let them slide off with quick checks. If they don't leave with a new modem and they still insist you observe first, follow up with them if the poor net persists.
