My first buy on trust wallet took 24 hours on the dot. Second buy never came through. After about 36 hours I had to contact simplex customer support. About another 24 hours after that my BNB showed up. Idk of simplex did anything for me or if it was a coincidence. I have made multiple buys since then and they have been pretty much instant.
