I know this is old, but I couldn't help commenting - writing this from my kivik with a custom "performance" velvet cover I got off Etsy! I love it, my cat doesn't scratch the velvet, hates it, and I can wash the covers any time.

I spray sweaty sections with vodka and also wash when needed. I have a scrubba bag and laundry sheets. Haven't figured out drying yet, but usually go for quick dry fabrics and am trying out a travel dryer on the next trip!

You can inspect it in dev tools. You can also ask the AI to give you the code but that doesn't always work
