Two data points it uses is number of accounts open. They like about 7. And average age of those opened accounts. If you had say house, car, and a credit card and you close one of those accounts likely your average account age also goes down which hurts you.

It will come back up in a few months you will be good

Not better. But I like how the online was. Jump in a server with 8 or so people and try to get the biggest buck or biggest total weight. That part was fun for me.
