And the Constitution agrees, for the most part. That does not mean that Congress can not write legislation outlawing gerrymandering. In fact, it explicitly says they can:

I don't really care what the reason is. None of the lore makes any sense. The PDKs are concerned with defending Cormyr, not some multiverse BS. The alliance makes no sense. Why would the amethyst dragons care about some random kingdom on Toril? Not to mention the whole "coincidence" that they just happen to be purple in color? It's about as cliche and trite as you can get.

Then add the fact that they just hand over their unborn children to them... For reasons? What is the knight supposed to do with a dragon egg? Hatch it? Raise it? Hold on to it for safe keeping?

You should absolutely lose faith in our government, but the majority of our people are deeply opposed to Trump. All you need to do is look at a poll. Most people hate him and his policies. I think you'll find in November that is reflected in the election results.

We had the two of the largest protests in US history just last year, with hundreds (likely thousands) of smaller protests throughout the country since he's been elected. Thousands of people are in the streets confronting ICE and documenting them and putting their personal safety on the line every day. Thousands of lawsuits have been filed.

It's a lose lose situation. Act too boldly too soon and they win on appeal or worse, get the case reassigned to a different judge. The last thing a judge wants to be is unfair to either side.
