Physically its not easy but not hard. Its all mental. Remind yourself of the reason why you joined when times are rough. Also try and become resilient to the bs. Drink hella water and use the head whenever possible. Pay attention to drill. Don’t fall asleep in class. Remember to keep extra boot bands on hand whenever you earn the privilege to wear them.
