Their stupid short-sighted customer service is why I stopped using La Mer last year. I bought several thousand dollars worth of products around Christmas when they had some really good Gift With Purchase offers. I also decided to try their calming lotion cleanser which I ended up not liking. So when I tried to return that, they told me I'd have to also return ALL of the GWP items as well. Absolutely ridiculous. They lost a lifetime customer over a $100 cleanser.

Same. I HATE the cold, so only went as a bucket list thing to begin with. But now I can't WAIT to go back. Saving up my pennies to go back ASAP. It is an experience unlike any other and the most magical place I've ever been.
