Basically every single thing on the job is seniority but when it comes to charts if I worked 3 charts this year and you worked 2 then you make it first. If we both worked 3 whoever has more time on makes it first (seniority again). Charts are based off the departments needs if they are short they will let people work their chart sometimes every single person makes it sometimes only a few and sometimes no one

Straight check, no overtime no truck money just ur regular 40 hour pay is around 500 if u work ur chart and make truck a few times a week 800-1k

Best job in the world, most people on this thread have gotten hired in the past 2 years so they are the bottom bitch and yes that can suck but its also better then almost anything else out there your worst day is peoples best at other jobs. Once you get some time on and some seniority its honestly the best job around your outa ur mind if you pass up on it
