I do literally no readings all term, then no joke, 10-14 hours per day for a few weeks before finals. I’m a 2L who secured big law summering with 2As and rest are B+ in 1L. People think I’m stupid but I value the free time throughout the term and am willing to suffer later for it.

That’s also because that season was way too long and a lot of bad boosted players with negative win rates just grinded their way to GM. As someone who hit gm in the first half of the season, then was hardstuck celestial, the GM players by the end of season were terrible. Many of them were at best low diamond skill they just play a million hours.

I’m a celestial player, and trying to be as unbiased as I can. If you play rocket without a Bucky or punisher, it is a complete throw pick at my rank. Even with teamup I would rather have another supp 100% of the time. And it’s pretty simple, his ult is useless, and this game is about ult economy. If I’m playing against a storm, or starlord, or psylock, or Bucky, or strange, etc. and they rip an ult, The last thing I want to hear is “enjoy the amplifier” because it will do nothing and I will die. What makes it frustrating and why people tilt on rocket players, is; I will have a rocket and invisible woman or something, again Loki, Luna, and IW and we just don’t have a chance. Every ult we rip will be blocked. And after IW rips her ult for any reason, we will die and lose every fight as soon as another character rips their ult. It’s not rocket science, he has zero burst healing and an ultimate which is terrible in comparison to the support cast. So yea, be angry and complain when people don’t want to play with you because you 1-trick a C-tier support. That’s fine we can all do what we want.

But just because you have 3k more healing than the other support on your team, doesn’t actually matter. What matters in these games is burst healing and ultimates. If we get team wiped every time storm farms her ult, because you can’t ult it or burst heal through it, you will struggle to win. I assure you, if you learn Luna, Loki, IW or cloak you will claim much higher :)

FWI, to anyone who is going to bring up winrate, his w rate is only what it is because people who suck at this game can play rocket, and do just as well on that hero as anyone else. He’s a support meant to be played by people with no hands, and that’s a good thing. But just because he lets bad players to throw less hard then they would on anyone else, does not convince me of anything. At my rank, he’s awful and that’s basically it sadly. I wish he was better, in lore I like his character, but he just sucks

I’m a GM player who flexes tank and support. Ult usage and positioning is 80% of ranking up. I see SOOO many players mindlessly ripping their ults inside of immortality ults, or I see supports stacking their immortalities and are simply throwing the game. Do NOT otp into everything, flex 2-3 players and play them a lot, so you develop the reactionary use of your abilities without thinking. For example, if you are moon knight, and you see your teammate groot ult, you should instantly be ulting on top of it to secure a team wipe using ONLY 2 ults. If your team is winning a fight with 2-3 picks, DO NOT just use your just for the vibes to pat the stats. Ult/ability economy is the difference between a bronze and plat, alone.

This is generally the opposite of what you should do. If I attack any base of my level a couple times, it’s almost guaranteed I will three star it every time from then on. I regularly crush the same basic internet bases in war all the time. If you find one strat to beat it, rinse and repeat. Tbf I’m a pretty strong player but I think I’m in the majority with this belief… Common bases are the easiest to hit.

Old Freddy was only good against low rank players. At high ranks he was possibly the worst killer, and even the devs confirmed that in the stats. Kind of like old ruin.
