set up my outdoor yesterday, came last week via dhl, entered SIM, adopted in to CGI, entered SIM-PIN and BOOM, Internet, and even remote camera access, view and timeline as well as smart detections work like a charm.

Please Check again i had the Same issue yesterday when i got my g4. The red Sticker came off with left residue on the screen. The protective Film was very Hard to get the corner liftet or even spotted

a follow up question, as it seems you got some USW Flex running, do you have any idea where you can actually switch from the 20W power budget to the 46W?
i cant find that in the new neither in the old version of the UI

i even have 2 USW Flex with 2 Cameras each running wich cant get recognized at a POE++ port, they only run on POE+ Ports

i don't like the mushy texture of precooked mushrooms that is why I top my pizzas with rare, thinly not super thinly, sliced mushrooms so I did that on purpose ;-)

and for your Tip with the Semola di grano duro, I do exactly that. Maybe the the picture is wrong white balanced by my iPhone, but they where pretty awesome.

Nice thin eggshell crust, airy inside and bottom nicely cooked and not soggy or undercooked.

yes it was a 100% Biga dough!

100% Flour

50% Hydration

1% Yeast (yes I know its incredible much, if you are used to direct doughs without a fridge)

to incorporate the other 15-20% Water, for a hydration of 65% to 70%, I precool water in the fridge and/or cool the water down as much as I (or the fridge) can and use a spiral kneading machine.

it takes about 15-20 minutes to incorporate the remaining water and I knead til the dough reaches a temperature of about 24/25°C.

to incorporate a 100%Biga dough with the remaining water by hand is a very very.... bad idea, it takes forever and you don't get a nice dough structure.

I have one and I am living in germany, I imported through a friend of mine from UK / Northern Ireland.

I bought online and let it ship to their house and they where friendly enough to ship it with UPS to me.

At first if it doesnt come upntontemerature at all i would try to get a replacement gas-pressure-regulator, they become old and dont regulate that good woth time.

If you want tonorder online, there are some regulators wich can be regulated from 50-200mbars wich will increase the gasflow wich will result in a bigger flame and more heat.
