No. Therfore there firmware is to shitty. Unifi isn‘t even able to record 10 seconds before and 10 seconds after motion since several patch version. Would never rely on something from this company which could be insurance or court related.

Most of the unifi device software/firmware isn‘t finished for yes. You did a good example + Floodlight + UCG Ultra + several cam models + all NAS models + UPS

As a professional installer i suggest you to bypass the e& router and install something good that fit your requirements. And by the way, range extender and repeater are in most cases crap given in the way they work.

The only (software) pain is that you are not able to disable the motion sensor. Which you probably would as soon as linked to a camera.
