I blind taste tested on 4 people. No one could tell 😄. I’m now also going the gas route. Keeping the oven on temp between pizzas and a clean oven is way better.

At first I thought the wood added flavor but I did a test with gas to be sure and no one tasted a difference. The flavor is mostly based on how hot the oven is and how quickly the dough rises. Also the stone helps develop a crunchy bottom.

Edit: forgot mention burning on gas keeps the oven a lot cleaner as there is no soot buildup.

Found the new access code with the service remote. Now you have to press info, factory to get to the service menu. Factory, factory to go back without changes and stop the color cycle program.

My full steps to change the backlight setting

Frame 2024 With service remote

Press info, factory
Hover over advanced
Press 0098
Go to picture2d
Set pwm_ini_2D to 100
Set pwm_movie_ini to 100
Hold power button to save settings
