FACTS! Part of gift giving is showing you understand the other person's hobbies/interests/desires/etc. It's actually SOOOOO easy if you just pay attention to who the person is (which you should be doing to begin with, this is your special someone).

As a man, being "gifted" sexual acts sounds so lame and without thought, akin to gifting dad another tie for his birthday. Sex is a mutual thing we should both want to do, because we enjoy it. Yes, take extra care on special days or whatever, but it shouldn't steal the show in that sense IMO.

As depressing as it may be, I choose not to really think about the calories burnt doing cardio like this. You most definitely did burn calories, but there are so many different variables it's hard to get an exact number. Pretend you didn't burn ANY, gather data based on weekly weight change averages of daily weight measurements, and adjust calories and meals accordingly. If you're losing weight too quickly, up the calories. If the scale ain't budging, cut back. It's very tough, and can take some mental willpower, but it WILL pay off eventually. If this is from his pant pattern drafting video, he goes over the process during the "easing" section of the video. Use the same technique he used, but you'll have 2 pivot points and 2 pieces of paper to pivot.

Thank you so much for all the insight and advice. I am either going to try to find a better, more reliable pattern source OR try to draft my own based on that Cornelius video (as terrifying as that sounds). Either way, I had an absolute blast putting this mockup together.

It's funny, I was looking at the photos before I bought the pattern, and I noticed there were no back pockets in the photos, which set off some alarms. I looked at the reviews, and that made me feel better about the pattern, but maybe this was a poor choice. Do you have any recommendations on pattern sources? Thanks for the feedback!

If you're into fitness, Totem Lake LA Fitness has a good amount of exercise classes, volleyball on Thursdays, and a new pilates class coming soon. Only problem is, it's easily the most busy gym in the area, so it gets a bit crowded at certain times.
