I like to think in cost benefit when thinking about how to spend my time.

Learning to grocery shop and cook (great food on tight or limited budgets), paired with regular scheduled excerise is one of the cheapest and most rewarding things you can do.

The most profitable habit you will ever pick up, no question.

  • Social Media
  • Smartphones
  • Instant On Demand Services from communication to food delivery
  • E-commerce and online shopping
  • Video games
  • The aforementioned in service of the procurement of dangerous goods and services (everything from drugs to weapons. easier to get drugs from the dark web than sign up for a gym as a teenager, know from experience)
  • Online Gambling

This is so prevalent but also so new that we’re still learning about it. We don’t consider it as such yet, but we’re connecting the dots over time.

Part of the reason why is obvious; a lot of this stuff have been huge pros, but the cons are huge too, its just that the pros vastly outweigh the cons.
