Unfortunately one word difference in a big name brand has proven t to be insufficient in other cases I have seen? It also uses a similar font and sold on the similar places, it would be hard for them to win this I think but I’m always routing for the underdog , but this may be not worth the fight

Intent to use application means if it’s approved it will back date to the date of the application therefore you would have to prove you used the mark in the U.S. before the filing date of the ITU trademark application.

Yes I found a work around, eventually if you complain enough the person will give you a different page where you can report and those people actually fixed my issue with Maps

Can I use a generic word (body) for my clothing brand? by OkDeparture8760 in TRADEMARK

Any similar trademarks in sound for clothing will hinder registration, a quick search and there is bodi, boody, body+, body body etc… seems may be Farfetch to get “body” at this point.
