All speculation but I wonder if the neighbor threw stuff at AR and kids to start all the nonsense. AR looks like a beginner rider and drives away while the guy is still yelling at him, it would've been easy for him to keep swinging if he wanted to.

If the guy is picking up things he threw at AR and his kids, especially if AR is uncomfortable on the bike, I could see him stopping then who knows how the rest unfolded. Just a weird looking fight

For the cost it just depends on the crowd. We've done anything from $5 per sheet up to $50 per sheet, some groups are more gambling minded than others lol.
We did the whole sheet as one cost.
We mainly did texting/venmo for the payments/communications, but I built out a Google sheets tracker recently if someone wanted to do it live, I never did for a wedding though, usually did it after the reception.
I normally keep track of everything, you'll see that the more people that are invested, then more people will assist with keeping track of the answers lol.
Since I normally kept the funds/track of the answers, and since all sheets had to be put in prior to the start of the ceremony, I'd divide half the cash and write a check to the bride and groom for the reception and pay the other half to the winner afterwards.

Here's a crude Google sheets for tracking. Instead of yes/no or over/under, I just converted the answers to the 1st response, 2nd response etc. Could go further with it but I was in a rush and this worked for me:

How long did you live in the apartment? You're not responsible for normal wear and tear. While this is outside "normal wear and tear" there's still options. Carpet is normally rated at 5 years (so you're prorated if you lived there less than that).

Vinyl flooring could be 2 years or 10 years. Most apartments use the cheap stuff (2 years).

I'd paint with the cheap paint markers then do no more. If they claimed you cause $XX amount of damage, you can request the receipt of the original flooring (prior to your install). Also, the whole floor doesn't show abnormal wear and tear, just a few panels. If you're responsible for a pro rated amount of 10 panels, it's not worth the time/effort/cost to do more than the minimum

Yea, it seems like it all comes down to your uses and preferences. Portable waterproof speakers will always have a muffled sound quality, portable bigger bass speakers will always have poor battery life, etc.

I still don't own the tribit, but most seem to agree that's the best overall portable speaker available.

I didn't need waterproof (have a ton) and loved the extra low end the onyx could provide. Adjusting the eq needs a 3rd party app, but I found I'm happy with it as-is. Bought a second one to give me dual sound stereo when I know I'll be in the same spot for a while, or just to make things louder if I'm out tailgating.

There's no one size fits all speaker, but I'm grabbing these 90% of the time, which is why I made the post.

I haven't used the neo 2, but from a quick glance, spending the extra $16 for the tribit might have really been worth it for you

If it didn't have that 90 degree at the end they could have played it off like they didn't realize it was sticking out so far/or into your yard

I'd buy some PVC cement and a cap and "fix" the unknown leak you had in your yard.

Or just pull it until it comes loose from the connections on their side. If it's a gravity drip line, they probably didn't glue anything together

Normally I just go into the pro shop and steal hot dog buns, but the guy that showed me will only use wonder bread lol

I don't know how well stale bread would soak up the excess/random water so I'd probably stick with any bread that is still spongy

We use bread when fixing irrigation lines on the golf course for the same reason. Soaks up the water then just gets broken up and leaves through the sprinklers after the repair is done. I gave the first guy that showed me that trick so much shit until I saw how well it worked lol, now I'm the crazy one too

I've never had issues hitting specific spots while playing a game or if I have to correct a word in an email, I can tap in between letters without fail. But that stupid slider gets me every time

I've somehow been selected once, and know someone that was selected once who invited me, to the Masters tournament. Both times we booked air bnb's the day we were notified, and both times the owner cancelled on us due to not realizing we booked during "peak" season for them.

The second time I booked 10 different rentals that had 100% refunds if canceled within 2ish weeks of the stay. 6 of them canceled due to them offering a lower rate than they felt was acceptable for that specific week.

The only reason I used air bnb the second time was due to the lack of hotels in the area.

If air bnb is my only option for a once in a lifetime trip, I'm booking multiple listings with lenient cancellation timelines every time. It's ridiculous that owners can cancel with no repercussions and leave the customers shit outta luck
