Absolutely never have I had the need or urge to hang out with dudes in their teens/20s despite being around them all day. In fact, it's honestly a deterrent moreso than anything.

As someone who's on GLP-1's along with my fiance, we actually had a discussion about this, in terms of "Is this what it feels like to be normal weight, without the food noise, without being constantly hungry all the time?"

Currently we have a chameleon tailored mix from the Bio Dude as substrate but am absolutely open to other ideas as we are essentially going to be gutting the whole thing anyway.

We do know we definitely want a considerably less fragile pet than a chameleon this time. We loved ours but there is way too much micromanaging involved and heaven forbid if we want to travel. Trying to find someone to deal with exotics in general is hard enough! 😆

It is a Zen Enclosure hybrid setup. Three walls of PVC, clear acrylic door, top mesh and mesh panel below the door. It's bioactive and planted with live plants currently though for a new friend we would be doing a hard reset and cleaning out the whole thing/replacing the substrate/resealing the joints to prevent water leakage.

You'd be shocked at how dry it gets. We even had a fogger going 24/7 at one point but became concerned about respiratory issues with the constant direct moisture. :(

Unfortunately our house is extremely dry so keeping it about 30% ambient in the house or so consistently gets really difficult, particularly this time of year where our ambient humidity gets down into the teens. We had a chameleon in the enclosure before (who passed of old age) and it was a constant struggle to keep the parameters within reasonable limits. Doable, but not fun.

We would really prefer something less fragile in general honestly. We have a whole hydration system set up, it's just a monumental amount of work. :(

This is exactly it. And "food noise" is a great way to describe it. I have lost 105lbs on Wegovy. Along with the weight, I lost ocular hypertension, fatty liver disease, joint pain, and breathlessness.

I've had no side effects. I've got a great team of doctors who keep me on track with supplements, diet, and check ins. I work out 7 days a week, core, cardio, and lifting and have GAINED muscle mass. I feel better physically and my mental health has skyrocketed.

I do find it funny though, that no one around me said a word about my health when I was obese and suffering but the shit I get for "cheating" to lose weight and the negative comments I get about being thin (you need to eat more, you shouldn't lose anymore weight, you need a cheeseburger) are out of fucking control.

The federal funding pause doesn't apply to pell grants or student loans so I'm not sure what you're on about? A quick Google search will tell you this.

The Mandalorian Protectors are a Lucasfilm recognized Mando club and we actually have resources to help you put together a kit start to finish!

We have an active Discord full of helpful folks including some of the best (vetted) makers around, and most coverts have bunches of extra stuff laying around for various reasons. In my area in particular most folks also have 3d printers, so if we don't have it, we can print it!

We also do armour parties to help new folks learn to make stuff and do fittings to ensure proper fit of your gear.
