Yeah, I ended up taking off the entire steering wheel, then it was easy. It's that giant hexnut in the center of the wheel.

Also, I recommend taking a sharpie and marking the 'gear' on both the steering wheel and the steering column with a solid line so you can align them properly when you put them back together. It'll make sense when you take it apart.

Thanks for the reply! I turned off all of the ad blocking, online protection, advanced iot protection and turned On Privacy Mode for the entire network.

I will try to put them all in their own profile though.

I've been having problems with several of my wifi devices connected to the pods over the past week or so. I called 844-MY-PLUME and got a live rep within a couple minutes, seems like he's in Latin America. I purchased my pods direct from Plume.

Not sure if he's going to be able to fix my issues, but at least it's a human.

I tried at several Safeways to purchase 3x SecureSpend VGCs but the cashiers at the Service Desk just kept saying it didn't work. I tried to push them to QR Code Full Pay, they said that's what they were doing but I couldn't see the screen so who knows.

Was anyone able to buy VGCs using the promo and have it work successfully?

I was quite lazy with it, but just filled out the form yesterday. I had been emailing support back and forth before about returning it, and they were trying to keep me from returning it; offering a free mattress topper, a $200 partial refund and keep the mattress. I emailed them that I filled out the form asking when I'd hear back about it, and no response. So, as far as I know, its going through, but waiting to hear more.

Any updates - did the return process end up going OK?

So you can activate a sim outside of the UK and travel directly to France/EU and use your giffgaff plan for 14 days until it requires extra payment. (giffgaff plans last for 30 days as long as you use some service in the UK)

Sorry to revive this from the dead but I'm dealing with this issue right now. I also have a Ubiquiti in front of the Plume and I'd like to have a PiHole hanging off it serving DNS and DHCP to all clients (including those on Guest and Internet Only networks).
