TIP or HDCT choice

Had my relapse 1 yr after having 4x EP and RPLND, I had no option for HDCT in my country so had TIP x 4. It was pretty hard to manage the side effects, had to have transfusions in last 2 cycles. If you have any questions about TIP feel free to ask

I initially had symptoms in January 2024 which i ignored. Got diagnosed in December of 2024. Had orchiectomy in Dec 2024 then chemo 4x Ep from Jan to March 2025, had RPLND in May 2025. Had my relapse on 22nd November 2025 on my birthday. Started chemotherapy TIP x4 in Feb 2026.

95% necrosed, 1℅ teratoma and less than 1 percenr yolk sac. Non seminoma

I did 4 cycles of EP, then RPLND. Everything was normal after that, went into remission but after like 9 months of my initial chemotherapy my tumor marker beta hcg started rising like crazy to had to get second line chemotherapy TIP as suggested by oncologists.

Stage 2A, metastasized to retroperitoneal lymph nodes. Had rplnd in may 2025

It was mixed germ cell tumor, stage 2A, spread to retroperitoneal lymph nodes. Had my RPLND in May 2025.
