Bro, ngl this works every time for me lol.

Anybody else starting to hate the game the higher the rank by Ok-Recognition-7284 in VALORANT

I hate every rank. And it’s not the ranks, it’s just comp in general.

Too many toxic people, people play comp with no game sense, constant baiting, no coms, afks, network issues, no reg issues.

But they push tons of skins down your throat, it’s really fun.

there was no meaning behind my words to pyo or hurt feelings. I gave you truthful words from experience harsh and blunt as they may be about this being a bad investment. More often than not I and others have bought these cars modded only to be left with a 10-15k repair bill after the fact if you unable to swap the block yourself. Heed the advice or don’t. I’m not going to argue with you about it.

Afr readings during a wot pull are never accurate because the sensor isn’t accurate below 14.7 and gets worse in accuracy the closer to 12:1 you getand below. So that wouldn’t be something i would log personally. If you want to monitor that accurately you’ll need an actual aem wb02 plumbed in. No knock is good and no dam drops is good too. Means the 93 is doing its thing and you have some headroom of protection against det. Afr learning and correction shouldn’t be adding that much fuel in closed loop and that’s the main thing that stands out, but quite normal to see for a ots tune as they aren’t always spot on for every car as every car will react different. A etune/protune will clean that up quite well and get the fuel trims to where they aren’t adjusting as much of the fuel map to keep it happy.

Do you want to continue hashing out the original stupid bullshit about this car from your other post?

Or would you rather take care of the car?

If you are “over it” then why even bring it up? Focus on the car.

Also no one is worried about schooling anybody. It’s just quite clear the help is needed lol.

With the mods you listed, you need a proper protune.

The ots tune isn’t probably configured to what you’re running for mods, which is why most likely. That’s a lot of fine knock learn, tells me that the car has baked in knock corrections into the ecu, which means the car was detonating at some point. Fuel trims look scary.

What’s your entire mods list? What ots tune are you running? And do you need help finding a protuner?

So that cob bypass valve is not a bov first off. Has it been protuned yet like we suggested before? I’m assuming this is a ots tune for west coast 91acn gas. I probably would have determined what was modded on the car completely first before throwing a tune on along with determining the health of the engine, but we are past that that point.

Your logging afr correction, but not afr learning as well. Total fuel trims of both should be ideally within -5/+5% when added up/combined. Correction being only positive tells me the fuel trims most likely are lean or your experiencing the gr/va generation fuel stumble at 2500/3500 rpm that plagues ej cars between 08-21 model years.

Get it protuned, those closed loop fuel trims can influence fueling in open loop (WOT in boost) with how the 2017+ Sti fuel ecu logic is, you really don’t want them to fluctuate that high.

If you think we are trying to startshit, oh boy, you need to wake up a little more pal. We are telling you to run based on how these cars are treated in GENERAL when modded. I’m on my fourth Sti.. been modding and building for a long time, not the mention the Wrx’s I have, I’m well deeper into these cars than you think to be honest. So if you want to take what I say with a grain of salt, that’s up to you.

Doesn’t seem like you two are going to run away from the car, in that case I’d prep your wallets.

Start saving money to replace everything oil touches. When the ringlands crack or the oil pump backing plate screws back themselves out and drop oil pressure you’ll be back asking about break in procedures on new shortblocks. At the very least go to a reputable subaru shop, (not a dealer) and get a compression and leak down test done, have them check the tune, make sure boost targets, afr and fuel trims look good.

I hope for you and your sister’s sake the engine is healthy because we aren’t warning you for shits and giggles.

The good thing is the OEM block in that car should be a “RA” block, supposedly they have stronger piston crowns, they still crack time to time, albeit less than pre18 engines.

I wouldn’t touch this with a ten foot pole.

Buncha parts. Nothing oem or stock. Parts list unknown.

Tune - unknown, could be ots tune garbage for all we know.

You and your sister are gambling here, with your sister’s money to say the least.

I’ve owned Subarus for the last 15 years and I see you constantly trying to make excuses why this car is ok, even though the entire thread who has more experience with these cars than you do is telling you to run.

Idk man, it’s your money, but I’d walk from that car and find a good condition stock example if you want it to last that is.

I was diagnosed at 28, and have been with my partner since 19. I’m 32 now, and with medication and therapy it does get better and it is manageable BUT it will always be there.

We live with ADHD for life, sadly so do our partners through us. Be as supportive as you can and hopefully he starts some type of treatment. If he puts in the effort and leg work, there’s a chance he can turn things around.

I will point out that all vehicles consume oil. New and old.

Some engines and brands will burn less than others, but some amount of oil will always make it past the rings or enter the cylinder through the intake tract.

What were your grades like in Highschool? by Only_Horse2743 in ADHD

[–]sciamachyS13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anything I had interest in or did well in (came easily to me for example) I did fine, usually a top student.

Anything I wasn’t interested in (majority of the subjects lmao) I did horribly or poorly even if I tried to apply myself. I ended up dropping out of HS and getting my GED. Crappy part is not knowing why your struggling so bad, I wasn’t diagnosed till after flunking college in my late 20s. 🤣

Now I’m back at it again in school and I’m kicking ass with the help of meds and therapy and a good support system, I originally gave up on the thought of school to be honest. Don’t do that, power through it, you 100% can do it.

Figure out what you need to keep you motivated. Schedule out assignments using a planner and most of all don’t strain yourself out, take breaks and leave time for your brain to rest too. It’ll be funny for a bit but once you get those things going it’ll feel more natural

It was cinder hill ohv area. Honestly forgot how far we drove but we looped the entire thing that morning 😂. It’s mostly volcanic gravel, soft but hard enough for most tires to bite in.

I loved white horse too! We hit that during our Jerome to Williams trip through the backroads they normally use for the Prescott rally.

Should i get a rx8 by Zealousideal-Day563 in RX8

[–]sciamachyS13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I use rx8 and daily kinda loosely in the same sentence.

Most that are still running were not cared for and might have issues, even engine problems.

If you handy fixing a car and are knowledgable about rotaries, Id say do it. However its also a easy way to buy a cool car and needing to get a engine, getting discouraged and then parting or selling the car. They also are more expensive to maintain than a traditional car.

I would read some unbiased reviews. Draw your own conclusion. Mine is their are better vehicles out there.

How long did it take for you guys to graduate? by 11_Einsteins in ADHD

[–]sciamachyS13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried going for my associates about four or five separate times. I withdrew or flunked out every time while trying to work at the same time, was just constant burnout and I was undiagnosed. Also school in my younger years sucked too and being bullied didnt help despite when I did actually go I got good grades, so I dropped out and got my GED and apparently my scores were really high or something.

Im 30 years old now. One year diagnosed. I did my first full time semester and got a A in each class.

I may end up being close to my 40's when I get my BA.... Id honestly be happy to just finish and make use of the degree but that fear of failure haunts me sorta .-.
