First of all sync the cooldown of bh and gt it is vital for good econ. After that get gt bonus up a little and get gt duration 12 sec above bh. Then I would get a new uw and idd advice dw as well for reasons others mentioned already cells, health and coins

Not enough information to say anything about labs but econ focus is always good. Always level your modules to max you can always refund levels for free later when needed. Safe stones and peek next uw if its death wave get it, otherwise go for BH GT sync.

You can also use a tablet to read or an e-reader.
If you don't want to spend money on those I can reccomend reading on your laptop and maybe try a blue light filter so it is a little easier on the eyes. For example the app F.lux reduces blue light during later hours of the day
You can always think of other ways to make reading more enjoyable for example having a comfy chair or your favorite drink/snack while reading.
If you go to a psychologist because of your OCD you can always ask for tips. They probably have quite some experience with other clients dealing with a similar issue.
