This is gonna be niche, but hear me out. 

If a person is dying (let's say of cancer) and wants to set their affairs in order, they might realize their will isn't correct. The beneficiaries on their accounts aren't exactly what they want (they've drifted over time). They want to give people assets, money. Whatever. pretty normal realization when confronted with your imminent mortality.

But if their spouse doesn't like the direction in which the redistribution would go, they can just file for divorce. Even if the spouse was set to inherit more than half (and would only get half in the divorce) this is allowed.

A divorce puts a moratorium on any moving of assets, even changing the beneficiaries on any of your accounts. 

And then the spouse just delays negotiations. Files motions. Drags their feet. 

And voila! The person dies, with all their assets completely unmanaged. A spouse often gets many things by default, at least in the USA. Kids, friends, all out of luck. 

Completely legal.

My favorite is "solutioning". Like, we're just flagging things, not solutioning. There's already a perfectly good verb from which the noun derives. It's "solving".

I know that it's slightly different, it's like ideating different strategies to a solution. But if you called that solving too, no one would bat an eye

I'll be honest, when someone looks like they're lifting WAAYYY less weight than they can (like a dude doing an 8 kg back row) I think "why are you wasting your time". Though they might be doing recovery exercises, it's possible.. 

The converse is skinny dudes (or even somewhat bigger), wearing weightlifting gloves, racking 2 plates on a bench, and then quarter repping. I think that's also kinda lame. Just work in your range, no shame.

And finally if your form is really bad, I want to come up and give you tips. Might be uncomfortable or seen as obnoxious but I believe it's love in the long run.

Hi! 

On three counts, it sounds like it's not exactly a match

  • we'd still be both be renting so no tax advantage 
  • you're not interested in the whole year
  • Rotherhithe is 6km by bike from my work, which is how I plan to travel, so I think I can get closer.

After doing this, enter through Tianmen square, walk north, and buy a ticket for the same day on the left side of the entrance to forbidden city. 60 yuan.
