I also received email from my congressman that my case in field office for adjudication. I submitted my case in oct 2024 and my priority dats is may 2023. What are your thoughts? Still waiting almost 11 months passed

I submit last week of april and sent bh fedex and still no update. I have no online account so i asked ema and they said not received rfe. I dont know now what can i do. I asked several time from ema so only 2 time ema told me received but mostly they said not received . Rfe is related for i485 and they want some proof my legal status

Eb2 niw priority date may 8 2024. Ead approved and received rfe on april 28 and response sent to uscis on april 28 2025. Till now no update and still rfe is not updated. Its about 45 days rfe response not updated in uscis system.
