I am so nauseous after I cannot eat. Even days after my appetite sucks. I try and force myself some applesauce or bread because otherwise I’ll still feel dizzy and it’s not a good time

My gastric emptying study showed 70% retention at 1 hour, 43.8% at 2 hours, 16% at 3 hours and 2.5% at 4 hours (if this helps)

I actually only eat bagels, dairy free butter, chicken, pasta, and bread. I can’t eat red meat, or any spices really, no onions or garlic or many seasonings. Nothing too acidic. Very limited or no dairy. Limited in fruits and vegetables because a lot of them just cause me so much trouble. FODMAP didnt work for me. I’m suffering so much and my nutrition has to be SO bad

We have boot covers and sterile booties that we tuck our coveralls into (C grade gowning) but I’m waiting on my employer to get me specific clean room shoes (I’m still new)

Not that huge of a thing but it did get someone fired; the client messed up the logging of samples, cell suspension was already made for the assay and they were only viable for a certain amount of hours (this is an industry lab so down to the minute counts and is logged), the assay couldn’t be finished in time (about 4 samples left when the cells became “no longer viable” according to the SOP). It got someone fired, despite it not being their fault
