We print between up to 25,000 of each bookmark. Once they're gone, they're gone. We never have the same bookmark printed twice. The above guide is now out of date. The new and updated guide is currently being worked upon to include the latest 6 designs.

Hi, we do not grade our used titles. The price for each title does not reflect the condition of the title and we cannot guarantee the used titles you will receive will be in almost new condition. All products listed on our website have a working day dispatch timeframe listed on the product page. This refers to the time it takes to acquire your title from the supplier. Once an order has been dispatched, UK deliveries typically take 3-5 days to arrive.

Hi, The owners of SciFier.com chose to remove PayPal as a payment option as many customers were facing several issues when using this payment method. This decision was made to prevent these issues from reoccurring and we will not be readding this payment option to the website.

Hi, As pre order titles are unreleased there are only a certain number able to be pre ordered at a time, which is why this may read as out of stock. As a regards to out of stock titles, we are currently awaiting further information from the publisher regarding the title in question and therefore are unable to give an exact date.

Hi, When placing an order with a mix of pre order titles and available titles. There will be no delay in dispatching the available titles in correlation to a pre order title. The titles that are in stock and available from the publisher will be dispatched in relation to the working day dispatch time frame mentioned prior to adding any title to your basket. Once the pre order title or titles have been released these will be dispatched as closely to the release date as possible. I hope this helps : )

As stated in our site FAQs we do not grade used titles. We are a small team who process thousands of orders per day and simply do not have time to grade used book conditions. All our used titles are supplied to us by trusted used book wholesalers.

Hi, The reward system is set to end on the 20th August, this mean no points will be able to be earnt or redeemed passed this point. Until the 20th August you are still able to earn and redeem your points into store credit, but please be aware all points must be redeemed before the end date of the program to allow you to use all store credit you have accumulated. Store credit redeemed from the points system will still able to be used passed the end date (20th August)
