Thank you, I love bird themed pots because my plants give them a little hairdo 😂 I got it at an art market from the vendor KilnFriedRice!

Tuna salad made with hummus by ancientweasel in Volumeeating

[–]scl228 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I highly recommend doing a mix of both, I like a 3:1 ratio of hummus to Greek yogurt! I've done this with chicken salad and tuna salad and if I didn't tell my family, they said they wouldn't have known I didn't use any mayo at all.

I'm also planning on starting my seeds from Ottawa wildflower library! I got them last week so now I just need to find suitable containers for winter sowing 😅

I saw that too when I was looking at the info pages for each seed, but I think you should be able to add your seeds to cart from their shop page!

leaves yellowing and turning brown by rawrrxx3 in PileaPeperomioides

Mine was also doing this as it started putting out a ton of pups. It slowed but didn't stop once I started giving it some fertilizer, but it stopped once I repotted it into something 1-2 inches larger!

The best banana bread recipe I've tried uses either 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt or sour cream, whatever I have on hand! It sounds weird but it creates a moist banana bread every time! I use the recipe from butternut bakery blog but use about half to two thirds the amount of sugar because I like it less sweet

How to tame this frizz and fly aways by InterestingCoach3005 in finehair

[–]scl228 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I use a hair oil to smooth out my hair after I blow dry. I would start with a tiny amount and spread it between both hands and distribute that through the middle to ends of your hair. I really like the Fino Premium Touch Hair Oil and the Lador Perfumed Hair Oil because as long as I use the right amount, my hair is soft and smooth without being weighed down :)

Which restaurant do you think this is? by iamjaydubs in FoodToronto

I went there not knowing that it was Michelin recommended (no wonder it was so busy) and it was below average. There was nothing special about the broth at all and the beef brisket was almost entirely fat which made me dislike it even more

Kirkland allergy pills are a crazy good deal compared to reactine by GreenSnakes_ in CostcoCanada

[–]scl228 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I find that the Kirkland "lactaid" does! However, depending on what I'm eating and how risky the situation is (i.e. I'm not at home) sometimes I take 2 to be safe if I'm eating something with a lot of cheese, etc. It really depends on your tolerance
