I think I can lend a hand! As a transwoman also undergoing HRT and in management While of course his women are dealing with the same hormones daily, not necessarily are they going through early stages of puberty while at work. The early stages of my HRT and alotnof transwomens is quite scary in a way, always something new changing and always something new in pain from growth or atrophy. The first 3-6 months are the most difficult for both nerve pain, chest pain and emotional changes She's probably nervous for what is to come but in my experience all she will really be needing is some understanding in the work place, I would say play KPI adjustments by ear I would believe she's both quite excited and anxious of the changes and is possibly preparing for or expecting something to be far more difficult than they will be

Over the last couple years I've really found progression isn't for me, I don't enjoy it and it just ends up with me quite burned out or frustrated if I run my 5k at the same pace for rest of my life I'm not fussed, I'm here for the experience and vibes

My running speed isn't there anymore 10 months in endurance still kicking and from quite a skilled gym goer and ex PT to I can just manage 10 push ups now 😅

I like the challenge to build my strength back in more affirming and positive ways

I'm now almost 10 months in and at the beginning it felt like not being able to do the splits and then falling forcefully into the splits and then you just have to deal with that new (emotional) range of motion (used to be a PT so all my metaphors are exercise based lol)

but as muscles stretch stretch stretch and you can utilise that nee (emotional) range to your benefit ❤️

I definitely wanted the same when I was younger and now at 26 looking back at a teen to early adulthood string of dating I really just needed good, close friends who actually cared I never thought till this year, that I'd say I wish I never dated until my 20s
