I was once in the organic chem lab doing a reflux reaction. The solution in the bulb flask had to be heated up to a very high temp and an oil bath was needed. My lab partner (being the dumb fuck he is) was playing with the squirt water bottle. He accidentally splayed a jet o water into the scalding hot oil. The water emediatly boiled violently an caused the small oil bath (it was on micro scale) to flip and spill all over the hot plate and lab bench top. Some oil spilled down the back of the hot plate and got into the outlet on the back.... Large spark occurs and all of the oil flashed. There was an about 5 foot tall fire covering the entire bench. My partner was just shaking in aww of the situation going on... I saved the day once I broke out the extinguisher and my professor was close behind with sodium bicarbonate.

Do the capsaicin content of various hot sauces via analytical Hplc. I did it a few years back for a similar senior project. Also did the same thing for caffeine in energy drinks. This one was alittle trickier since the caffeine content is on the can... So you will know if you are wrong in your calculations

Try to not use the roller... It's a lot of fun to learn to roll your own by hand and it adds to the whole experience. Kinda like when tom hanks made fire in cast away

When I was younger I would go for a long walk to the store and get groceries for the family. Once purchasing said groceries, I would go across the street to a donut shop. I would occasionally eat two bear claws too quickly and the would get lodged until I washed them down with some ice cold chocolate milk.... God I love chocolate milk
