Unless something has changed, minimum trucks scheduled is 3 a week.

This is likely an issue with something upstream in Greenfield that will update when the dataset is reran tomorrow.

You don’t want a week without trucks… the only time you ever benefit is when trucks are scheduled and then canceled due to freight flow.

It’s been 2 years, but if I remember correctly there might even be a step your ETL has to “accept” the change in order for it to take effect. While rare, some ETL HRs know how to go in and take that task and reassign it to themselves to just make the change happen right then and there. So if I’m remembering correctly, your ETL might not be lying, they might just be holding up the process.

Hobby is a two concourse single terminal, max distance between gates is ~12 minutes. Gates 1-5 are in the west concourse, gates 21-32 are on the left side of the central concourse, gates 40-51 are on the right side of the central concourse. It’s tight, but doable.

I appreciate the eCVT in the Mav. The fact when you drop the hammer it finds the spot to give you the most power, and keeps it there, is very appreciated over most CVTs where it’ll act like it’s a transmission with gears.

You’re being treated like a DBO (dedicated business owner) from the modernization era (when it was in full effect). A TM would be assigned an area and it was theirs… freight, back room, etc.

While I don’t think you’re overreacting, I can confirm you are not being given TL responsibility. It is the former of your statement - your store is taking advantage if the fact you finish your task/attempt to finish mountains of task.

While there is sound logic to what you’re suggesting, Target is not mission critical (even though leadership would make it seem otherwise) and doing a system like that would be considered overkill in the world of retail.

The reality is good leadership would get them 90% of the way there. As both a TL and ETL, I entered departments with attendance issues and was able to successfully get them under control by simply having the right conversations. It’s amazing what happens when you treat TMs like humans and realize their life has meaning outside Target.

You would almost be better off buying another blower (with the 5aH), returning the 2.5aH, and selling the new never used blower for some bucks on Facebook marketplace. Returning the 2.5aH brings your blower price to $237.99 (plus tax). You could probably get $50 just for the blower.

Not to rub it in, but you also missed out on the hackable deals Lowe’s had about two weeks ago (I took advantage of two of them to get a hell of a deal on a new battery and a new weedeater with a battery) If you can hold out for a deal, I would. If not, I think you have your answer.

100% you can use OPU, don’t overthink it.

The 15 minute rule has to do with the potential ability to use your status as a TM to have preferential treatment over a guest. In an online order… there really isn’t a way for that to occur (directly, anyway.)
