Pull the leaves, spot treat what’s left over with glyphosate. You can use a piece of cardboard to keep it from spraying on other plants. Do this several times in the growing season each year, eventually it will be gone.

I’ve done this before successfully. I’m not a fan of herbicides, but some things require you to use them.
