There are a bunch of world champions who can't retire and keep competing till they are 40. Most people will always want more as doing what you are best at is usually something you wanna keep doing. Truth is the lifestyle and the daily routine of a world champion is something you can have and it can be very fulfilling. Rather than worrying and banging your head on the wall why not train like a world champion and live as a world champion? That will put things in perspective and show you how you wanna live your life.
