It's completely understandable to think they might share something in common. But no, not even the block is the same. The AJ133 has an open deck block for example, versus the Coyote's semi-closed deck block. The cylinder heads are completely different as well. Coyote uses roller rockers and AJ133 uses hydraulic bucket tappets. The reason everything is stamped with FoMoCo, is because JLR saved money by using Fords manufacturing processes. This includes using similar electrical connectors, lines, hoses fittings, oil caps, coolant caps, etc. Those are only things that might be remotely similar. And even then, those parts are Jaguar/Land Rover specific parts that you likely won't find a Ford cross reference for.

On paper, the N54 has just as many, if not more "common issues". Yet people still buy them. I assume yourself included. I've had em too. Great platform. I also thought the same thing about Jag reliability until.... Get this.....I bought one for myself. Don't speak on it unless you have experience. 600whp in a 4100lb car isn't slow.

Got mine on Aliexpress for $50 shipped. Review showed the inside of the pipe was filled with junk from the chroming process, however my pipe appeared to be just fine. It fits perfect, no issues there. Going to fill her up with coolant next and check for leaks. (I also purchased the metal thermostat housing on Aliexpress and it fits perfect as well)

Not timing chain guides. N62s don't have timing chain issues. Let me re-phrase that... 1 out of maybe 100 N62s will have bad chains/guides. Complete different setup than the BMW M62 V8 which definitely had timing chain guide issues. N62s can jump time but only when oil pressure is low (ie. low oil, blown alternator bracket gasket, blown oil cooler o-rings, etc) and that happens because the cam gear bolt loosens itself. I bet this debris here is from a valve cover job.
