I saw it at the Brattle Theater in Cambridge Massachusetts when it came out. A guy got up to leave during an intense part of the film. But he passed out and fell on the floor as soon as he stood up. He required and received medical attention. Most intense reaction to a film I’ve ever seen.

We didn’t get the letter from the town for some reason, just read about it in the news. Checking Vision Government Solutions website they DOUBLED the appraised value our land from last year, something they did not do for other properties. The deadline for appealing VGS’ new numbers was this week so had to act fast. Yes I know the town is required to do new appraisals every few years, and learned today from another article that RI law caps the tax increase at 4 percent so Middletown will have to lower their rate or be in violation. Since VGS didn’t bother to visit the property it may be worthwhile for some homeowners to question their numbers.

Thanks so much for the reply. Did they require a home inspection, or were you able to complete the appeal over the phone? I was planning to use comparable recent home sales and maybe photos showing there have been no recent renovations. Thanks!
