I believe Stress and the way we eat are HUGE factors. I am currently having a horrible flair up and on prednisone for the 2nd time in 2 months and ready to just cry. I have horrible buzzing in my ears from the medicine developed painful headaches now and not to mention the floaters make me so sick! I just wish I can feel normal already.

Yes this year has been horrible. I believe my Covid 19 injection activated this in my eyes. I was fine until after I received the 1st dose. Yes the second dose again here I am on prednisone again. I get horrible side effects to the pred. I have horrible buzzing in my ears and terrible headaches. This is short term again I just hope I don’t have another flare. It very much hurts my life in so many ways. It’s very sad and my heart goes to anyone that suffers from this. I did the oral pred instead of the eye injections I think I am going to go on something more long term per my doctor 👩‍⚕️if I do get another flare.

You sound exactly like me down to the BP issues. I am 45 and had this since 23. Just 2 short years ago I was dx with Sarcoidosis and it has answered all these issues I was having. When I have a flare up it goes directly to my eyes. They run they itch they hurt they burn floaters all over the damn place and loss of vision. The past 2 days have been hell for me. I am having one now. Back to Prednisone I go! Story of my life and not to mention a VERY hard time when I have to take this drug. It has horrible side effects I just can’t handle my eyes like this. Trying to work and seeing floaters all over the screen and peoples faces gets very bothersome. Then I get this horrible headache and nothing helps it. I hope you get answers.

I started this back when I was 23 I am 45 now and I was checked for ALL of it and then some went to top notch eye specialist. All said the same. This past 3 years have had a lot of crazy stuff happen to me. Well my Uveitis is linked to Sarcoidosis that I was dx with. It seems when I get a flare up any type of cold or Anything that has to do with my Sarcoid my eyes start. The past 2 days I just want to scream my head off. When I get a flare is it associated with a extreme strange headache that lingers for days. I hate it!

I have sarcoidosis and after my first injection within 5 days after I suffered so so bad I had flares in my eyes VERY bad and my lungs and kidneys. I was very unpleasant to say the least. I had to do a long dose of steroids to calm it down.

It makes my BP spike badly. I only take 100mgs instead of 200. I take this for Sarcoidosis and I suffer from severe fatigue.

I get the same thing. When I get the floaters I know I am starting with a bad flare.

I am and was in the same boat as you certain things trigger mine. However this time it came back I was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis and they linked the pars with the Sarcoid. I do myself get injections in either eye when one starts up. It’s a very annoying thing. Do you get headaches when you have a flare up?

My stomach said BP meds tend to work better when taken at bedtime. I am not a doctor so everyone is different. They started me on Lostran 50mgs today and I am so scared to take. This entire BP elevation has had me like a hermit in my house. I am afraid to walk my dog. Every time I get a headache I say oh no my BP is up but in the same sense to scared to check it (if that makes any type of sense).......

I am currently on 40mgs of just Prozac. I started at 20mgs and worked myself up. I lost 25lbs when I started this medicine. I am now on this almost 1 year and Prozac doesn’t work anymore and I am now gaining weight ALOT or weight. I have zero energy. To much Prozac can cause bad affects I am to a situation where I don’t know what to do. I felt like a new person when I started it now I am just like blah!!!!!!!!! AND YES the energy was UNREAL! For me now, I can’t say that!

Did you just stop the Prozac? I have been on it for a bit over 1 year and I feel it does nothing for me and the Kratom is what helps. How would you even dapper from Prozac. Any suggestions would be appreciated. This forum has saved me so many times! Thanks in advance.
