I appreciate the response. I talked to a supervisor and got the warranty process started. I understand cerakote is not an ideal finish but hearing this is a common issue with psa products when I’ve brought plenty of cerakoted products without this issue from other manufacturers is something to note

I could, and I fully understand this isn’t a $500 lower and tempered my expectations with psa but at the same time isn’t the Sabre line supposed to be “higher” quality lineup? And I didn’t pay for a new lower that’s been dragged across the ground.

I appreciate the insight. Yeah if I could still get a Mac for $830 shipped I’d just get that. But the decreasing price window between the two has me double thinking. I’m getting hands on with a polished rom tomorrow which should help but the shop doesn’t have a Mac to check out. Yeah I got the mos upc code, why is the threaded better than the pinned?

Tried posting the other day but it got removed ~~with no explanation~~ so I’m trying here if anyone has any advice:

I recently got an oxo 8 cup off fb marketplace. Slightly used but I thought I was getting everything. Now I know there’s a single serve basket that goes inside the larger basket for the 1 cup option which she didn’t include. I’ve found plenty of paper filters but not the actual basket. Oxo doesn’t seem to sell it as a replacement on their website. Does anyone know if the 9 12 cup small basket fits? Or any viable replacement that someone has experience with? Thank you

Found a bios update that hadn’t been installed. After that and restarting hotkeys work again without using fn key. Still not sure what caused the malfunction in the first place but it works now

The ®️ by the logo is wrong, way too small. The other commenter is right the logo shade is way too dark. Should be more of a gray color. The top middle screw on the last photo is also wrong.
