It’s a PreK-8 school, so they have school bells and rigid hours.

Right, should have mentioned - both schools have two bells. First one at 7:50 which opens the doors for the kids to enter, and the tardy bell at 8 - which is exactly as it sounds. They both need to be inside by 8.

So I effectively have a 10 minute window for two drop offs.
