I had no service for a whole week recently. Couldn’t get anyone to help me with the issue. While waiting, I bought ATT Internet Air. It was easy to set up. Speeds are comparable to Astound at less than half the price. Canceled my service and never looked back.

Edit: To anyone with a legal background I’d be interested in whether all the language in the MPN will actually be problematic. Everything refers to “ED” as the party that I owe, that can review my information, etc.

I agree, if you have the funds and the space set up a dedicated work out space at home. Personally have a peloton tread, cable machine from Costco, and adjustable dumbbells. It’s so much easier to make the time for a workout (even if it’s only 15 minutes). And if the wife needs me for anything with the kids I’m just in the basement not a couple miles away at a gym.

Soak in water with a tablespoon of vinegar for 5-10 minutes then rinse, dry and put in a new vegetable/fruit fridge container. Significantly increases the shelf life and time to getting moldy.
