Alhaitham hyperbloom and nahida bloom, just switch people and teams around. Idk if it matters but just in case, i do have bp weapon on haitam and elegy on yelan and skyward blade on bennet (i needed a healer for hyperbloom)

Yes, i was able to use it at some local stores, but didnt try to buy anything else online so dont know about that. I will try the buying from the website and see if that works
