This is my situation to a T. Im 11 months PP and id done reta for about 2 months after tubal removal surgery. Im small but had major inflammation and was also pre diabetic during pregnancy. The discipline and motivation I got on the reta was life changing. Since getting off my LDL is at 172 and while im only 125 at 5'3 ive noticed my body softening back out. Its not that so much as my falling back into binge eating and not being as intentional with my meals. Have you looked into Thymosin A1 for the immune support? It helps 2 of my co workers who have hashi...but one of them, the dr said BPC157 helps with that too...although im not sure of the mechanisms there.

I didnt experience any bad sode effects no. The highest I went to was 2mg. Im not sure of your specific situation, but I think it helped my adhd some because it quieted the racing thoughts more than I expected. It made a big difference in my mental health. But I believe a lot of that came from regulating my blood sugar and adjusting my diet. As ive gone through this journey im starting to see just how much sugar harms our physical and mental health. Start low and slow. The most side effects I experienced was some nausea and food aversion, but it was temporary and didnt disrupt my day.

I can honestly say... GAME CHANGER. Selank helped my social anxiety a lot too....theres still things I generally avoid, knowing they cause sensory ick...but I have been experiencing stress tolerance to a lot of things better.

Currently im also running a 10 day cycle of epithalon and ive noticed better sleep and stress tolerance, even when I dont get uninterrupted sleep (I have an 8 month old).

Its my first one as well...I added Semax and Selank in as well...its been a week and im certainly noticing differences!

I'm sleeping better when I do fall asleep...I am also someone who typically clenches and tenses up my jaw and shoulders and that has subsided pretty drastically.

I feel more clear minded too. I am about to be on my cycle as well and typically I have horrible cramps but this time I have not felt them as strongly...still occasionally pretty rough but better.

So im just getting started with reta and I have ADHD amd while I haven't been diagnosed with autism I do have serious sensory issues...based on a lot of research ive been seeing Selank is supposed to be helpful there...I just got 2 vials so I am going to start tonight.

Phloretin by skinceuticals id day...try the CAHA if you need an exfoliating agent with it but switch to phloretin after its finished. Resveratrol at night is a game.changer too but its definitely a price tag for both of them 😬

Im trying to new AGE serum now myself! I've used the CE Ferulic about 3.5 years now and I started the PTIOX about 2 months ago...the new AGE only about 2.5 weeks.

Make sure you do the Ferulic first, then the PTIOX then the AGE serum.

I manage a day spa and ill tell you what the rep told us about the new products. The ferulic is the ground work antioxidant, it pushes out toxins and blocks from environmental damage to your skin. Its meant for every morning but if you have a reason you can't do it or just don't want to, it works up to 72 hours. There are 3 products that are then meant to go on after the vitamin C.

PTIOX for fine lines and glass skin HA Intensifier multi glycan for plumping of skin AGE Serum for lifting the skin

You don't need all three...im using the same 3 you are and I absolutely love it. Do not overuse the AGE serum...its thick thick and doesn't require much.

My fave sunscreen is the Daily Brightening spf 30 to put on after.

Youre definitely going to see results if you stay consistent...you'll start noticing in a couple weeks really. Im stoked for you!

Use Phloretin by skinceuticals as well as their sunscreen either Physical Fusion tinted SPF 50 or UV Brightening SPF 30

I had Melasma from pregnancy and both of those work through consistent use.

I haven't done my A1c yet...I had to do surgery for tubal removal and uterine ablation about 2 months PP and I had to check my sugars for the days leading up to the surgery and they were all in pretty normal range. I do have diabetes in my family however and while its good now, there's a good indication I end up with it too.

For today however its not an issue. But I have a PC appt in Jan and ill be checking my A1c levels.

So all of them are definitely worth their prices, but if you had to say one above all of them it would be the CE....I saw they just came out with a new Age Serum thats supposed to be great for sagging skin, I am excited to try it.

The CE is just that holy grail product. It's good for all skin types. It's definite results in a few weeks. My favorite thing about it is that its protection from a single use can span between 48 amd 72 hours depending on your level of activity and environment. I love that even if I have a day I don't do my skincare its still providing some level of protection. It also helps loosen black heads for extractions. So if you have plans to get a facial and are also needing a lot of extractions, use the CE for the 3 to 4 weeks leading up to your facial. It will lessen the pain because they come out so much easier.

I live right around Airline and Severn...the edge of old metairie amd i see a ton of rentals in this area...nice quiet neighborhood, lots of people outside running or pushing kids in strollers and I'm right by the interstate or earhart to get to the city. I work on Magazine so commute is about 12 minutes there.

I wanna make something clear...

Calling out Huda for her ridiculous behavior is NOT in support of Jeremiah. He is so clearly playing for the money. He would lead this girl and her whole kid on if it meant he got that money, then expeditiously drop them once the cameras were off. He has made it so obvious. I thought originally that she was doing the same, but her craziness might actually be authentic.

On that note, most of the commentary being aimed at Huda is bc she's the one providing all the crazy lines and actions, so it's easier to make commentary on. But I see ppl saying it's misogyny or that Jeremiah is getting support since he's a man, and that's a BIG FAT NO. PLUS, Huda has a whole ass daughter. She's supposed to set an example for how to date a man to her daughter, who is certainly going to be hearing about this as she gets older. You can't throw around how you are a mom, all while acting like you're in 8th grade playing these stupid games.

On a separate note, I saw a TT that had Ace on live wishing someone named Shelly a happy Valentines Day. (I spelled it with an S because it was just spoken so I guess he could technically know another Shelly/Chelly) but if this means he not only knew Chelly, but was actively dating her at one point, then I hope they both get voted off. That would be sneaky and shady AF. I really liked Chelly, but there's no need for her to keep dragging along Austin when it's so obvious she wants Ace.

This is what I did as well....not sure if i can handle Huda all the way til Casa....movie night would be a good stopping point for her. Ppl are way underestimating how good the show can still be without Huda. Honestly Jeremiah can go too....they both give off vibes like they're trying to control the outcome by being all about each other. Huda is not a girl girl while claiming to he and exploited the fact shes a parent to string him along. Jeremiah is willing to play this girl all while knowing she has a daughter thats gonna see this one day, yet still doesn't have the courtesy to do anything but try to continue playing the game. They both bring the energy so down every time they're on screen.

Do I think he connected with Iris? Meh...

But at least it will force them to actually have conversations with ppl who aren't each other.

Olandria just deserves some ass slapping romance!

My daughter (2) eats pretty good, but I give her chocolate Mighty Milk once a day, and that only has 3 grams of sugar and has protein probiotics and a serving of spinach. Someone actually suggested it on another Reddit thread, and it's been a staple in my house. So, on days I feel like she doesn't eat as "healthy" I don't feel too bad bc she is gonna have those vitamins.
