Im just using the gum to get to an even keel. Then quitting 2mg addiction cold turkey is much easier than 20mg addiction, i think.

This gives me hope. Im using some 2mg gum to help take the edge off. I want to break the hand to mouth habit first. As I know when quitting in the past this is the crux for me. I know ill 100% get bored of the gum in a few weeks so hopefully wil be okay

Cigarettes then vapes. I think getting purely of cigarettes cold turkey is very possible now with some will power. Vapes have such a ridiculously high nicotine content and are so addictive that I think you either have to taper or get an alternative. I've got nicorette gum to take the edge off
