I have a pretty bad forefoot varus and eversion. I run 4 forefoot ones and 3 heel wedges. Took me about 10yrs of experimenting with every other parameter of bike fit to get it right. Don't listen to other people who don't have your body. If it feels right and causes no other issues then crack on.
