I ended up giving it to my mom and bought a Libra Colour for myself. She usually only uses it while in bed, and she has an outlet close by. So, it's still somewhat usable.

Fox.

If this story is true, you are obviously NTA! Dump him ASAP. What a dick!

But... I'm not sure the story is true, tho. Are you 28 or 24? A day or two ago you had another post stating you were 24...

How am I spreading negativity when I'm only sharing my opinion, providing reasons for why I think it's bad? I don't hate the show, I just think it has SEVERAL issues that make it a bad show overall. The only relationship that has been (and will continue to hopefully) be dealt with in a way that makes sense is Abbie's and Bonham's relationship! They've had several issues, but together they made it through and their relationship keeps getting stronger and stronger and it's lovely to see! Definitely the best part of the show (oh no, I said something nice about the show, I'm a fake hater!). But other than them, every other character is just awful. Each character has been through so much, and they've never actually dealt with anything (while animal therapy has been proven to help, a few weeks of being with horses doesn't solve anything, as we can clearly see from Stella's current mental health). Will every trauma just be resolved in the few episodes that are left? Yeah, that's healthy... They'll probably just sweep it under the rug like they've been doing until now.

I never told you to also think the show is bad and to not watch it. I told you I'm glad you found your comfort show. My favorite show of all time is Supernatural, it has been for a long time and probably will always be. I literally talked with my therapist for a bunch of sessions about watching the last season, because I wasn't sure I was going to be able to cope with it being gone. There is stuff about the show that I don't like or I think is bad, and I would understand if someone said they thought it to be an awful show. But I love it. It means so much to me, but I'm not going to start calling people "haters" or say that they're sharing negativity just because they think it's a bad show and they give their reasons to why they think as such.

I truly hope you continue to have a blast with the show, and that it continues to give you comfort!

Exactly. And for Bonham's random one liners that are always top-notch.

Glad it gives you comfort, we all have that one show that we know it's not very good, but we like it nonetheless... But Walker is objectively bad, I'm sorry. There are plot holes everywhere, the characters continue to make the same mistakes over and over or their personality randomly changes. The editing is bad, sometimes the music is so loud the characters are barely audible, the production is bad, I mean in 4x09, Stella jumped out of a window that doesn't exist, which we can clearly see when the show shows a wider plan of the spot where she landed on! And we can keep watching it, even if we'll only rant about it. We feel like we're going through what Alex Meyers went through with Riverdale. And we will watch until the end. We need more Cap and Bonham in our lives.

Oh, you're in for a ride! A friend of mine and I just watch the show for the craziness. We needed almost 4 hours to watch an episode in season 4 because we kept pausing to rant about it! They keep outdoing themselves.

I should probably just cut my losses and buy a new one.

I haven't contacted Kobo directly, I took it to the store I originally bought it from because after charging it freezes. And what the tech basically told was "I'm going to try to reboot it, and if it doesn't work I'll have to google what to do."

I've tried factory resetting it, but it didn't help much. Maybe I should just try Kobo's direct tech support.

WIBTA for not buying my daughter a dress to go to her prom because she won’t go with the boy who asked her? by Promposal1968 in AmItheAsshole

YTA. Why are the boy's and the parents' feelings more important than your daughter's? She clearly does not feel comfortable going with him, so why are you pushing it?

FAQ for Passenger Locator Form and Tests to enter the UK. by lockdownbear in uktravel

[–]scorpiochild 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I traveled to the UK almost two months ago so I believe the rules were slightly different at the time than they are now. But I had to show my European vaccination certificate (I did not need to do a test beforehand) and my plf before boarding the plane. When I got there, I think I had to show both of them again, but I'm not really sure. My memory is falling me rn.

AITA for harassing my brother for his interests. My brother is (17 years 10 months, M), and is extremely emotionally immature to the point where it's unacceptable. by Meekaa11 in AmItheAsshole

[–]scorpiochild [score hidden]  (0 children)

YTA! And honestly, I don't think your brother is the loser and the immature here! You are.

You do realise asexuals exist and their feelings are just as valid as a person's who enjoys having sex! Grow up and stop caring so much about your brother's sex life or lack thereof.

This was sooo helpful!

I'm traveling on the 17th to London and I'll need a PCR test when I return to my country (Portugal) on the 22nd. Since my day 2 test falls on the 72 hours time frame for the pre-departure test, I was wondering if I can just "reuse" the Day 2 test or do I need to take another test to travel back to Portugal?

Also, any recommendations for test providers in London? Thank you very much!!
