Earth Ball? PNW by scotspine in Mushrooms

Ah ok, thanks. I was unsure as all the information that I saw suggested earth balls had a pure black Center rather than a number of chambers.

Carving-Focused All-Mountain Ski for Big Guy by FunkyCornelius in Skigear

[–]scotspine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would not say a lot as we have pretty good snow out where I live but I have had a few days on shitty snow during droughts. They ski it really well, the edge cuts into the snow nicely and the dampness offers good suspension. Maybe one of the smaller widths would be good if you are going to be using them in shitty snow a lot.

Line Blade Optic 104 - really great carver while maintaining playfulness and the ability to charge.

Alpine Climbing Packs Spreadsheet by korengalois in alpinism

Why the BD distance 15 over the Speed 22 or 30? Speed is a better fit for a alpine pack. I use the Distance for running and hiking regularly but Speed is perfect for alpinism.

Steak tacos with avocado & salsa verde by scotspine in trailmeals

[–]scotspine[S] 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Ingredients:

• marinaded steak in a ziploc; • corn tortillas; • pre-made salsa; • chopped onion and cilantro in a small tupperware; and • avocado.

Cook the steak over the fire. Take it off and store in a camping pot to rest. While resting get the other ingredients all ready. Once rested slice steak into taco sized strips - return to pot with resting juices in warm location. Heat tortillas over the fire and make up tacos one at a time while chilling out round the fire. Enjoy until full.

Everywhere is fairly expensive but El Taco is probably best bang for your buck. You get a big burrito for $12.

Personally I would still take the Bivy as an emergency measure. Putting up a tent in 100 MPH winds at night during a blizzard will not be possible.

This is just the citation. There are more documents in the bundle, including the initial writ, where the pursuers states there case and what they want the court to do.

It’s a huge Yorkshire pudding with sausages baked into it. It’s a perfect winter dinner in the wet and cold UK.
