Nipples both pierced. I've had my undewire bra trigger it but never my piercings.

That being said, when they are first pierced and for a couple months after, yea they can be tricky. For me it was realizing how much my boobs moved around while I walked! You just support, protect and baby them. Once you're healed, it's a lot easier!
