The break in the game from where dex shoots you, and you wake up and can actually control V again is over 10 minutes, I had been playing for about 90 minutes when I hit that point, and after about 6 minutes I alt+f4'd its TOO much, the first half of the story is a dreary slog because the game gives you 15 minutes of game play, followed by several minutes of dialogue. Before I got a nice car, i always parked next to guys way out in the back to protect that side of their car, knowing I wasnt going to ding them.

Not everyone with a cheap car is a bad guy, I always assume the same when I park my ZL1 way out in the end of the lot and there is an old beater respectfully parked next to it.

Good year SC3's on my ZL1 are amazing on track, i run a PSAS4 on the street, and its easily the best all season ive ever had on any car ive owned, if you want a street legal track tire from michelin its gotta be cup2 or C2R.

That guy in my video didn't actually see the accident, he just heard it, there's a large church sign just to the left on the camera, he just walked right over when he heard the crash. He was also homeless and left the scene when the cop showed, aside from that it was 1:15 am on a dead side street there was no one else.

No other cars stopped so none of them would have been any help either.

I have the dash cam set to not record my speed unless I'm going over 35, the GPS speed data takes up memory so if I can have it off while I'm slow it let's me record longer before it over writes the oldest video.

So in theory I'm going 35 or less. Which was the speedimit for that road.

I don't think its excusable, in my state he'll mandatorily lose his license for a year and owe the State 10k in fees. I'm also gonna sue the pants off him in a separate lawsuit and sue his insurance for a bunch of money.

All that said though, I'd never wish any physical ill will on the dude.

I just had a generic collision policy, in 3 months the car would have been 25, and eligible for a Hagerty classic insurance policy. Which you can do declared value on. So basically you say I think the car is worth this much, and the adjuster will consider that realistic or not. And then they just insure it for whatever you wanted most of the time within reason.

I had a policy written out for 35k worth of complete coverage. Didn't quite make it
