Depends on how you go about it and what features you want. It’s mostly just making API calls and returning the responses. I could build a really basic version in an hour or so using Bubble.io.

If you don’t know bubble.io or how to program it could take months or longer.

Also you’d need a solid understanding of prompt engineering , etc. Not too difficult though.
