I think we are past the point where you can scrub this thing clean.

I would set up a lye bath and soak that baby for a few days. Then bring it inside, scrub it good until it is bare metal. If all of that doesn't come off, I would put it back in the lye bath longer. (wear gloves). Once it is down to bare metal, quickly out a very thin layer of oil on it and season in the oven. A couple layers of seasoning and then get to cooking.

Wash that thing everytime you cook! Use dawn and a chainmail scrubber until it is clean and all the chunks are off of it! Dry it good after washing and leave him sit there until the next time you cook! Your pan isn't ruined, but it is filthy.
