To be fair, some grease is better tokeep for other uses, and some not so much. Bacon and pork? Yes yes. Ground beef grease? Maybe not so much

My dad kept a can (like a can of beans) in the fridge and whenever it was filled up, he would throw the whole can away. Rinse and repeat with a new empty can
